Homes and Streets
Monroe Park is a handful of quiet streets of 1950s ranch homes and Eichler style houses, many updated, on modest lots. Its unusual school assignment and its walkability to San Antonio Shopping Center make it a distinct pocket, and homes here can be a relative value compared with the rest of south Palo Alto.
