Meet Joseph Suarez
You could say Joseph Suarez was born to do this. His great grandfather, F.D. "Dick" Minucciani, and his grandfather, Ron Brovelli, sold homes in South City and up and down the Peninsula, and Joseph grew up hearing about the streets they worked. Born and raised in Burlingame, he earned his license at 19 and, ten years on, is still serving the only community he has ever called home, now from the Coldwell Banker office on Chapin Avenue.
What Joseph loves most about the work is guiding people through one of the biggest decisions of their lives. A problem solver by nature, he enjoys the day to day challenges of the job as much as the details. Six years in customer service before real estate taught him that trust is built by asking good questions, listening to the answers, and keeping people informed at every step. Clients describe him as the trusted friend in their corner who makes a complicated process feel smooth.
The results speak for themselves. Joseph was recognized in the top 4% of Coldwell Banker agents in 2025. He has closed dozens of homes across the Peninsula, from first homes to multimillion dollar sales such as 416 Quartz Street in Redwood City, and has represented investors, developers, and family trusts alike. His clients have left 16 five-star reviews on Google and Yelp, and more than a million people have watched his Instagram videos, where he explains the local market in plain language.
Joseph works in Burlingame, Hillsborough, San Mateo, Foster City, Redwood City, San Carlos, Belmont, Millbrae and Menlo Park. When he is not working you will find him editing videos, hiking, or out at a Bay Area cleanup project.
Thinking about your next move? Joseph would love to hear about it.
