Every street here is named for a bird, so you will find Gull Avenue, Egret Street, Grebe Street, Sanderling Street and Teal Street. Audubon Elementary sits right in the neighborhood on Gull Avenue.
With small parks tucked between the homes and the Bay Trail along the edge, it is an easy place to get outside every day.
