Homes and Streets
Greenmeadow is one of the most intact Eichler neighborhoods anywhere, with the association pool and park at its heart. Homes feature atriums, post and beam ceilings and walls of glass, and the historic district status encourages sensitive updates. Buyers here are usually committed mid century fans, and homes that have been restored well sell quickly.
