Homes and Streets
These are some of the earliest Eichlers anywhere: post and beam construction, glass walls facing private yards, radiant heated slab floors and flat or low pitched roofs. The historic district status means many homes keep their original character, and buyers here are usually looking specifically for a mid century modern. Lots are modest, but the open plans and indoor outdoor layouts live larger than their square footage.
